LIN LIN (Local Interconnect Network) is a low cost serial communication system intended to be used for distributed electronic systems in vehicles, which complements the existing portfolio of automotive multiplex networks like for example CAN-bus. TKE offers products for LIN-bus from our suppliers, Kvaser AB and Vector Informatik GmbH. Kvaser offers LIN-bus adapters for USB and PCMCIA. Vector Informatik can offer LIN-interfaces as well as tools for simulating and analyzing LIN-buses. Vector offers their famous CANalyzer-tool with LIN-option and if customer wants to work only with LIN-bus then the tool is called DENalyzer. |
